Important Support Rules


No WhatsApp Resolution

Student-support matters are not resolved over WhatsApp. Chat may be used only for basic guidance or redirection to the official support channel.

No Final Resolution Over Calls

Calls may be used only for clarification. Final decisions, approvals, denials, or academic outcomes are communicated only in writing through the official support process.

One Ticket / One Thread

For the same matter, please continue in one ticket / one email thread only. Do not create multiple requests for the same issue.

Formal Review Required

Requests such as extension, exam re-attempt, batch change, progression, rejoin, or exception approval are reviewed formally and are not granted verbally.

Important Guidelines

Special SSFD Attendance Rule

Please note:
If a student misses 2 consecutive weeks (4 classes) without proper approval or documented communication, it may lead to termination / cancellation of the course enrollment.

If the absence is due to a serious unforeseen circumstance such as hospital admission or medical emergency, the student must submit a formal request along with relevant supporting documents such as:

  • doctor’s letter
  • hospital admission proof
  • discharge summary
  • other valid supporting records
