Art liberates us , opens up various possibilities in us to lead life more consciously . Diploma in Fine Arts (DFA) is a program we provide in our school  for students to learn structured sketching and painting bringing to students by our experienced faculties.

WHAT IS DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS (DFA) ABOUT?

Sampratishta School Of Fine Arts & Design provides short-term diploma courses with two modules in visual arts. Of the two modules , one module focuses on sketching , other module focuses on painting . Also, the courses are similar to any full fletched two years diploma course in fine arts.

How long is the course for?

Diploma in Fine Arts (DFA) is a program for a period of 6 months of two modules , each module takes up 3 months of time for the completion of it’s syllabus . There are totally 48 sections of 2 hours classes that is possible to taken in this program.

Who is eligible for the course?

Diploma in Fine Arts (DFA) admissions are open for adults who are 18 and above of age who have completed the Fine Arts Foundation program that we offer , because this is an advanced program and it requires a basic knowledge in foundation.

What are the time slots available?

weekend batch – 9am to 11 am

weekday batch – 11am to 1 pm

What is to experience?

Diploma in Fine Arts (DFA) program focuses on structured sketching lessons of various subjects in the first three months (first module) and the next three months of acrylic and watercolor painting lessons (second module) is prescribed on the syllabus  for the enrolled students.

Assignment submission and exams

Diploma in Fine Arts (DFA) program provides an opportunity for students to display their assignments timely and they will be graded according to their performance in their work , at the end of submission of assignments , exam will be conducted to grade their performance , and results will be announced.

One can join this program for the lessons alone and choose to skip the assignments and exams part of it , in that case diploma certificate by the institution will not be possible .

The scope for art as career depends on many aspects , out of which one being how much we believe in ourselves and in the scope for it , we could get all innovative in creating so many things , in this present world the options are numerous , despite the development of artificial intelligence we look for human made stuff for the vibrations and experience of it , because we artists make it out of love .

Everyone dreams of having an artsy job someday in their lives , but we keep waiting for someday to come to live our lives the way we want , thereby forgetting that ‘someday is today’ , we can create a life we need with the right mindset from just any moment and show up as the person we want to be in every single moment of our lives.
